Seeking a proactive and analytical Process Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team in biochip production. This role offers the opportunity to delve into challenges head-on, utilizing your troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in automated manufacturing equipment. As a valued member, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our biochip products, contributing to advancements in the field of biotechnology.

Ihre Aufgaben

Utilize your keen observational and analytical skills to identify, investigate, and analyze any challenges or opportunities for improvement within our biochip production processes, driving innovation and efficiency
Proactively implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure the continual improvement of our biochip production processes
Provide hands-on support for the production of individual components and the assembly of biochips, ensuring seamless operations and meeting production targets
Identify, investigate and analyze failures or issues occurring during biochip production processes
Actively contribute to process and product development initiatives, collaborating seamlessly across various departments

Ihr Profil

A degree in Engineering (B. Sc. or higher) or equivalent experience in Process Engineering
Affinity towards instrumentation, robotics, or prototype equipment
Ideally, you have prior experience in an industrial setting, particularly in the biotech or chemical sector, automation or manufacturing environment
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: electrical engineering, programming languages, design software
An open and friendly personality with great team spirit and a problem-solving attitude
Versatility in managing several tasks simultaneously and excellent organizational skills
Good English knowledge, confident use of MS Office
